Outstanding outcomes every year across academic and vocational qualifications demonstrate the strength of education across the Federation.
Our results every year celebrate the talent, resilience and ambition of our students across the Federation. Overall outcomes continue to improve each year, with nearly a third of all grades awarded at A or A* and students continuing to outperform national averages for progress and attainment. Among this year’s cohort were numerous students achieving outstanding AAA* and AAAA results, securing places at some of the UK’s most competitive universities and courses. In total, more than 45 students will progress to Oxford or Cambridge, while a federation-record number have secured places to study medicine, dentistry and veterinary science.
Our students also achieved exceptional success across vocational and technical pathways, progressing to leading degree apprenticeships and careers in industries including finance, engineering, aviation and professional sport. Behind these achievements are inspiring stories of resilience and determination, with many students overcoming significant personal challenges while still achieving remarkable outcomes. We are especially proud that our disadvantaged students continue to achieve strongly, with progression to higher education exceeding national averages. These results reflect not only the hard work and ambition of our students, but also the dedication of the staff and families who support them throughout their journey.
- Nearly one third of all grades awarded are A or A*
- Over half of all grades achieved are between A* and B
- Overall pass rates are above the national average
- More than 150 students achieve three or four A/A* grades, including a minimum of two A* grades
- Over 250 students achieve three or more A/A* grades
- Students taking Applied General qualifications achieve an average grade of Distinction
- Students taking Tech Level qualifications achieve an average grade of Distinction+
