Celebrating our best-ever A Level results across the Federation

Our 2026 leavers have achieved our best-ever overall A Level results, with the average grade rising to B-.

A*, A and B grades all increased, while D, E and U grades all fell. Vocational results also improved across all key measures.

Our students continue to achieve outstanding next steps, with 70 progressing to Medicine, Dentistry or Veterinary Science, 57 to Oxbridge and around 1,000 to Sutton Trust 30 universities. Almost a third of those that applied to university are heading to Russell Group institutions, alongside hundreds securing prestigious apprenticeships, places in industry or opportunities to study abroad.
